Hey Everyone! Thank you so much for auditioning for our spring season. Please find the cast lists below. If you have been cast in a role, please email the director and copy Chelsea Taylor to confirm your role. Chelsea's email: Chelsea.Taylor@uga.edu

Special thanks to Cece Cullen, Jordan Harris, Myles Krachman, EJ Moon, Sidney Phillips, Fallon Elliot Smith, and Marshall Smith for their help with callbacks!

John Proctor is the Villain

Note from Director

I am so pleased to announce that this was a difficult decision! Our performer pool here is so wide and impressive that I could have cast this show three times over. I had immense fun with everyone in callbacks and hope anyone who took part can say the same. Thank you to everyone who was vulnerable enough to share their hard work with the directing teams and fellow actors. I cannot wait to get started on this project, and if you would like to get involved with John Proctor Is the Villain in any other way or visit our rehearsal room to watch and learn from our process, please do reach out.

Murder on the Orient Express

Thank you to everyone for taking the time to come out in such large numbers last weekend!  It is great that there was so much interest in these productions. We saw some amazing auditions for the Spring productions. Everyone should be very proud of your preparation, and your work. MOE was a difficult audition, and you all did an impressive job! Unsurprisingly, your great work made this process for the three directors difficult and exciting.

There are many factors going into casting an entire semester of shows so please do not think you did poorly if your name is not here! You are an extremely talented group, and you keep raising the bar every semester. Thank you all for making and helping to create a space where people felt safe enough to risk and make some big, beautiful choices in these auditions.

As MOE begins its design process, we may be looking for people who would be interested in participating in the show in additional ways.  If you are interested in being involved and were not cast in one of the shows, please reach out to me.

Continue to bring your best self into the room each time you audition. Be proud of the work you do – and continue to love and support one another as proud, bold and daring artists.

So proud of all of you!

Voice Over Roles - TBD but will be cast from understudies.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the expectation that all understudies for this show will be fully rehearsed to be ready to go on at a moment’s notice in case anyone is sick or vocally not well during the rehearsal process or during performances. With so many performances with a young cast, it will be imperative that the understudies understand that health and vocal safety of all involved is a top concern and priority. However, a performance cannot be guaranteed.
