Admissions The PhD Program requires the GRE for admission. Please contact the Graduate Record Examination Testing service to schedule the exam in time to complete the application process. GRE scores are optional for MFA applicants. For further information on admissions, visit the UGA Graduate School website. Permission of Department Forms If a student needs special permission to register for a course or needs an individualized course created, fill out all required information in the following online form. The instructor of record will be notified. If that instructor is in agreement with the permission/override/course creation, they will route it to the appropriate person in the main office for clearance/creation. Permission of Department Form
