The program will feature presentations and performances that seek to recognize, reconcile, and redress the historical and contemporary impacts of slavery at the University of Georgia and in Athens, Georgia. This virtual symposium will be a space for a conversation among a broad group of people and organizations interested in exploring racial justice within and beyond the University of Georgia community.
