Starin' at and Spittin' Down... the Abyss

Cellar Theatre

An original solo performance on personal mortality and the struggle to "live a physical life."  In this irreverent survey on his personal life, faculty member Ray Paolino explores the profane, tragic, comic and energetic tensions between physical/mental deterioration and the urge to live fully and experientially. The structure is time fragmented, jumping between past, present, future, present, and past, in his quest to dunk a basketball at least once in his life!

Directed by Barry Pearson.
